These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Spotless Panda Detailing website and the mobile auto detailing services we provide. By booking a detail, calling us, or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Spotless Panda Detailing ("Spotless Panda," "we," "us," or "our") is a mobile auto detailing business based in Pomona, California. We come to you with our own water supply, power, and professional-grade products, and we service vehicles throughout the Inland Empire.
We offer exterior and interior auto detailing packages including Basic, Mini, and Ultimate Details, along with add-on services such as ceramic coating, paint correction, steam disinfection, carpet shampoo, headlight restoration, and engine bay detailing. Descriptions, inclusions, and starting prices are listed on our website and may change without notice. Final pricing depends on your vehicle's size and condition and will be confirmed before work begins.
When you book a detail, you agree to:
We arrive fully self-contained — water tank, generator, and all products — but we cannot start work if the location is unsafe, inaccessible, or not authorized.
Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, no-shows, or jobs we cannot perform due to inaccessibility may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service price or a flat travel fee, at our discretion.
We may also need to reschedule for severe weather, equipment issues, or safety reasons. If that happens, we'll reach out as soon as possible and work with you to find a new time.
Payment is due when the detail is completed, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe, as well as cash. All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. A 10% discount is available for returning customers and qualifying referrals.
If payment is not received when due, we reserve the right to charge interest, collection costs, and reasonable attorney's fees to the extent permitted by California law.
We use a two-bucket hand wash method, pH-neutral products, and techniques designed to protect your paint. However, pre-existing conditions can affect the results we can deliver. By booking a service, you acknowledge that:

If something was missed or did not meet expectations, let us know within 48 hours of service and we will make it right by returning to correct the issue at no additional cost, when reasonable. This is not a refund policy — it is our commitment to do the job right.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a detail will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under California law.
If you notice pre-existing damage, loose trim, or any concern about how your vehicle will respond to cleaning, please tell us before we begin. We'd rather talk it through than surprise anyone.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Spotless Panda Detailing, its owners, and its representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County or San Bernardino County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing any legal action, we ask that you contact us first so we have a fair chance to resolve the issue. Most problems can be worked out with a simple phone call. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, either party may pursue the claim in the courts identified above.
If any portion of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force and effect. A waiver of any provision is not a waiver of any other provision or subsequent breach.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms. If you don't agree with a change, please stop using our services and let us know.
